What qualifies as a "real" Christian (for anyone)?

Religious positions evolve. One cannot deny the evidence of this throughout history. Even those who have done horrible things in the name of a particular religion have been able to find justification in texts and ideologies. So, real anything is very subjective. It's the same as someone claiming to like "the REAL" New England style chowder.
