I really need some advice or something about a past job...plz help...its really long..serious answers only!!?

This isn't the answer I'm sure your hoping for but...seriously...why on earth would you now even attempt to go back to work for such an idiot and ignorant company? Lesson 1 in life : rarely does anyone win anything against larger companies. Usually if you make a stink, you become almost blacklisted. I am sure you have a valid case but who are you going to take that case to? They all work for big business. If your insistent on pursuing this matter then I suggest you first get someone with perfect grammar and spelling to write up a proper chronology of events for you. You will be taken more seriously.
