How would i remove this?

Well if you want it done right I would go to a tire shop. But if you want to try at home. Get you a socket that is smaller than the size of the stripped lug. Hammer it on with a small sledge. You might want to put a piece of something like wood or metal between the hammer and the socket so you don't smash it up and not be able to get the driver on it. This is just a suggestion but I would have a tire shop fix it so you don't snap a lug off the hub.
