Is Amare Stoudemire worth that much?

Why do the Suns think they can get a good young player, expiring contracts, and a draft pick for Stat? Do they think he's in a category with Kevin Garnett? The guy has been injured alot in his career and he doesnt even average 10 boards. If they want to trade him no way I give up that much for him. A straight up swap would be my offer. I read a rumor on hoopshype about the Blazers giving up Aldridge and Lafrentz for Stat. What a joke. The Blazers would never be this stupid. Why would they trade a young and improving big man for a oft injured and declining one? I think the Suns will never succeed at trading Stat right now if thats the asking price.
