What Do You Think? Are Vampires Real?

Was at this trippy party a few months back with a bunch of weird, weird people. While I was there, I noticed some of the people giving me indifferent looks, so I ran out and caught a cab. About 25 blocks from my house, the cab picked up someone else - another person from the party. After about a block after that, I couldn't help but notice out of the corner of my eye that that person was staring at me, but whenever I moved my head, she seemed to be looking out her window. So, I promptly left the cab and went to pay the cab driver, only I could have sworn that I saw the same cab driver at the party. After leaving the cab, I walked home another 20 blocks. During this time, the streets were dimly lit with only a few stores still open. But I couldn't help but notice strange shifting shadows that couldn't have been me. There weren't many people out that night, but none of them seemed very hostile. I went home and pretty much felt safe that night. But ever since, I have been seeing strange shadows, running into strange people, and I always have that feeling that someone's watching me. The relation to all these people? They all had very pale skin, bad teeth, and dark clothing, and the most peculiar trait is that I've met them all around dusk to midnight. No, I do not take drugs, and I didn't take any drugs the night of the party. I drink, but only on occasion, and yes I did drink the night of the party, but I was only buzzed before I left.
