Why there is smoke on start up?

Hi Mosche, it sounds like that Audi is still being a pain lol. I checked for bulletins on your pump and there aren't any oustanding things there. I think that maybe you have 1 injector over fuelling when it's cold and not when hot, because the engine builds up a little better internal heat so that the fuel would burn more efficiently. Can you maybe put a block heater in the engine to help out when it's cold? You could also try advancing the timing on the pump a little to bring up delivery speed a bit. I can't think of anything else to help you out my friend, hope this helps you out.
