What are the best 2 15'' woofers for spl comps?

sup guys im looking for the 2 best 15'' woofers for spl im looking to hit 149+ db's and do comps (ive been looking at the www.SoundSolutionsAudio.com icon 15'' really really like those i have 600$ to spend on subs looking to spend under 300 for each. amp will be hifonics BXi2607D (2600 watts) subs will be in a custom box ported, thanks guys.
