My 3-year-old hates the car and her dad after a car accident?

My daughter was in a rollover car accident with her dad about a month ago. After this she did not want to go with him at all. she would instantly start crying hysterically when I would even mention his name. When we are in the car she will constantly ask "Are you holding the wheel mommy?". Also, when i turn she grabs onto her carseat and starts crying! What can I do to help her?
